Q. Are these plants live?
Yes all of our succulents are live. 

Q. What if I never received my order?
If for some reason you or your recipient does not receive their shipment, please contact us at and we will work to resolve this issue. 

Q. How do you ship the wreaths?
Wreaths are shipped by strapping the wreath to the inside of a durable tuck box. They will be packed with protective paper and tissue to ensure safe travels. 

Q. How long can I keep the succulent favors wrapped before my event?
Succulent favors should survive for 4-5 days before being unwrapped. So if you receive your favors a few days before your event don't panic and no need to unbox or unwrap each favor. Just keep inside an air conditioned room and do not leave in direct sun, heat or freezing temps.

Q.What if I received my products but they were damaged?
Please emails us images of your damaged products to and we will contact you shortly with a resolution. * MUST SEND IMAGES

Q. What if my plants or arrangement dies?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied and if your plants arrive dead or dies within 7 days after delivery....we will be happy to send you new plants. Please email us with your name, address and a picture of your dead or dying plants and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.  However, due to the nature of our products needing specific lighting, climates and watering needs...we cannot guarantee plants after 7 days. Please follow our You Tube channel with tutorials on how to care for your plants.

Q. What if I entered the wrong shipping address and my recipients gift was shipped to the incorrect address?
Please contact us via email with your name and order number and the correct shipping address. We will require the customer pay a reshipping fee of 50% of their original order and shipping costs. Fee will vary based on products ordered and shipping location. 

Q. Do you ship to Canada or Hawaii?
We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. The terms exclude the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

Q. What if I entered the incorrect address and my gift has not shipped yet?
Contact us at as soon as possible and provide the order number and the correct address and we will do our best to change the address before the order ships.
