What if I never received my order?
If for some reason you or your recipient does not receive their shipment, please contact us at info@successulent.com and we will work to resolve this issue. 

What if I received my products but they were damaged?
Please emails us images of your damaged products to info@successulent.com and we will contact you shortly with a resolution. * MUST SEND IMAGES

What if my plants or arrangement dies?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied and if your plants arrive dead or dies within 7 days after delivery....we will be happy to send you new plants. Please email us with your name, address and a picture of your dead or dying plants and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.  However, due to the nature of our products needing specific lighting, climates and watering needs...we cannot guarantee plants after 7 days. Please follow our You Tube channel with tutorials on how to care for your plants.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address and my recipient did not receive their gift?
Please contact us via email with your name and order number and the correct shipping address. Once we receive the lost plants back at our office we will be happy to reship your gift. We will require a reshipping fee. Fee will vary based on products ordered and shipping location. If we do not receive the lost order back at our office we can still reship your order based on the USPS or UPS tracking information showing "Unable to deliver - Not at this address"

 

Do you ship to Canada or Hawaii?
We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. The terms exclude the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

 

Are these plants live?
Yes all of our succulents are live.
