Refund Policy

If you receive succulent plants that are dead upon arrival or damaged during the shipping process, contact us at info@successulent.com and provide an image with your damaged plants, provide your name and shipping address and we will be happy to resend new plants. As for the flower arrangements, due to the nature of fresh cut flowers we can only guarantee these gifts upon arrival. So if a flower arrangement is dead upon arrival contact us with your name, address and an image of the arrangement. *Please note you will not need to send anything back to us however, you will need to provide an image via email.

Processing times:
 
Orders usually ship within 1-2 days. Bulk or large orders will take longer to process.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship on weekends or Major Holidays.

Shipping options & time frames:
We offer Economy shipping 2-5 business day delivery, Rush and Expedited shipping available at check out (additional fees will apply). Shipping fees are calculated on a real time feature based on recipients location.

Bulk Order shipping:
If you purchased a bulk order or party favors...shipping and processing will take a little bit longer. We ship via USPS & UPS depending on order size and weight. We currently only ship within the United States. You will receive tracking information once order is shipped. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS:
We ship via USPS & UPS depending on order size and weight. We currently only ship within the United States. You will receive tracking information once order is shipped.

FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS:
All flower arrangements will ship via UPS Next day air due to the nature of the product.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
We offer direct shipping for multiple gifts with different recipients. You must Create an account to use this feature and ship to multiple addresses. Multiple shipping address entry is limited to 50 items per cart. If you need to place a large bulk order over 50 gifts to be shipped to different addresses, please contact us for instructions on how to place a bulk order at: info@successulent.com or send us and email with your order number and a spreadsheet with your addresses listed. 

Extreme Weather:
We can offer a heat pack or ice pack that will be placed in your gift box for extreme weather. (additional fees will apply). We cannot guarantee this will help but it is an option we offer.  Add your request to order notes when checking out.
